This makes me happy to see these as carry over items from the Occasions Mini Catalog and into the new Summer Mini Catalog (I'm especially estatic about the seam binding ribbon... I am so addicted to that stuff).
And.. if you'd like to download the PDF file you can find it HERE
I love love love this designer series paper called Botanical Gazette(#121783). April 30th is the last day to order it if you love it as much as I do! Hard to believe the Summer Mini Catalog starts soon.. May 1st. I aso used the clear mount stamp set, Nature Walk (#121997). The featured colors are: Early Espresso, So saffron, Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler, Note Quite Navy, Marina Mist and Old Olive. Along with the cards, I also made a cute little gift bag. Have a wonderful weekend!!!
Good Morning! The other day I had my downline meeting and we made the cutest little card holder. We used the Fancy Favor sizzix die, along with the scallop envelope die. We made these adorable cute cards to stick inside including envelopes. Adorable, isnt it? :) I really like the new bakers twine that will be in the upcoming mini catalog.
This was quick and easy to make. It will hold a gift card inside nicely. You can decorate them in so many different ways! The sky is the limit :) We made these in December at my down line meeting and they were Christmas themed. So darn cute!
Need a purse? This isn't a Coach bag by any means but isn't it cute? I got this idea from Chick N Scratch (Angie) on her blog. Lu made a few and I just had to make a few myself while waiting to go to my downline meeting tonight. I think they need a little "something" yet.. Ill do that later.. I just thought I'd post since it has been a few days. Inside, is a small paper bag that I got at a craft store and cut down to fit inside. They are quick to make and fun to give with a small gift inside.
Here is a great gift to give anytime of the year.. you can theme it to holidays and special events, colors.. limitless ideas :) I got this idea here. It was so easy and fun to make. I am definately going to make more for some special people I need gifts for who have everything.
For this set, I used: pear pizazz card stock, whisper white card stock, greenhouse gala designer series paper, pear pizazz ink, 1 1/4 inch circle punch, scallop punch, old olive taffeta ribbon, crop a dile (to punch the holes thru all the paper at once), and an RSVP pen (staples), along with crumb cake envelopes.
Along with my stamping and scrapbooking obsession, I have yet another hobby.. that is photography. I decided today was such a crummy day weather wise (it is snowing AGAIN!) that I'd go visit the local greenhouse and take some pictures. I thought I would share just a few.
Yep, that is my jeep, covered in ice! This is a bad joke mother nature is playing on us in north west Michigan.
Hi Everyone.. ! Good Mornday morning! *Yawn*. I got up to work out and the sun is shining and I hear the birdies chirping. I just wish it would warm up and *feel* like spring already! I'm getting impatient. Yesterday I had a little "paper therapy" time. It was nice and much needed.. Lu and I made these cute bags:
This one I made with the Greenhouse Gala designer paper. I love the bright colors and it reminds me of spring! Below is the bag Lucinda made, using crumb cake cardstock and that cute cute cute Daffodil Delight pompom trim and some of the scrap leftover from my bag. We also used Pear Pizazz ribbon (one of the beautiful in colors). Also used, jumbo eyelets and the crop a dile, along with the Circle Scallop #2 sizzix die and the lowercase alphabet dies.
Now, I need to make some pretty Greenhouse Gala cards to go inside to make a complete stationary set! Have a great day and get inky.. I'm off to do some laundry - oh fun! :)
Have you ever played Bunco? Tonight, my upline, Jenny, held "Stampin Bunco" at her home. Oh gosh, it was so much fun!! We made a few cards between rounds. It really is a fun and easy game for a group of people. The cards we made were fabulous too and the food was yummy! I even won $40 free in SU products.. Yay! I never normally win anything. Maybe I should play the lotto next?? I had never heard of Bunco before. I have missed out on a lot of fun! Check it out sometime.. its great fun and so easy to play!
Here is something cute I found one one of my daily blog stops, Sarah's Ink Spot. I thought these would be adorable in an Easter basket. They were so easy to make, using the 1 3/4 in scallop circle punch, scallop circles #2 bigz die, 3/4 in circle punch, 1/2 in circle punch, 3/4 inch square punch, and the boho blossom punch (for the hair and feet). The tubes were purchased at Sarah's Ink Spot as well. Pretty neat, eh?
I wanted to make some smaller cards.. These were made with the Big Clear Large Scallop Square as the base. I seen this original idea on Chic N Scratch . I loved the simplicity of these cards and being able to make a set so quickly in an afternoon. Check these out! Tomorrow I'll show another small set I made. Have a great day!
Hi Everyone. I have had these half made. I finally got to finish watching a video tutorial by Chic N Scratch today to finish these cute little guys up. It has been a nutty week and I'm missing my stamping time. I do feel good I got these done. They will make a great little decoration in an Easter basket, don't you think? Have a great weekend!
Hi everyone. I haven't posted for some personal reasons. Life can be crazy. I feel like I'm in the middle of a mess and its been a week of ups and downs. I know things will get better. I am trying to have a positive outlook on things. I thought Id just post a little something for you, my blog visitors because you are all so sweet! Isn't this adorable? The lollipops were found at the dollar store. I used the sizzix big L fun flowers die to decorate them. I like how springy and Easter - ish they turned out. Have a good day. :)
I'm one crazy chick who is addicted to paper crafting and photo preservation. If it stays put long enough, ink it up and stamp it! I've been blessed with a lot of great opportunities in the crafting industry along the way and I hope for many more! As of November 2010 I decided to become a Stampin Up Demonstrator. I just love paper and ink.
